Golf Pride® Grips is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Pinehurst, NC. You will design and develop ergonomic golf grips, create detailed CAD models and drawings, and collaborate with manufacturing, project engineering, and industrial design to bring concepts through the full design cycle.

The role involves prototype building, testing, and documentation, with a focus on ergonomics and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino3D, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of golf grips focusing on ergonomics and performance.
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts through full design cycle.
• Participate in prototype building and testing with design adjustments.
• Maintain documentation for design processes and modifications.
• Support senior engineers in project planning and execution for Golf Pride and OEM customers.
