Acushnet Company’s Titleist Golf Club R&D team seeks a Design Engineer to shape the future of performance-driven golf equipment. You will apply 3D CAD modeling, product design, and engineering analysis from concept through production to create innovative club technologies.

Collaborating with senior engineers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners, you’ll balance hands-on design, prototyping, and technical documentation with a strong understanding of advanced manufacturing methods and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible engineering, product design, or related professional experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Siemens NX (Unigraphics), for product design.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Foundational understanding of golf club design principles, technologies, and product development processes.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to apply engineering fundamentals to innovative product solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in 3D CAD modeling, product design, and engineering analysis to develop innovative golf club technologies from concept through production.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Create and validate new designs, support patent development, and contribute to breakthrough product innovations.
• Balance hands-on design, research, prototyping, and technical documentation with manufacturing considerations.
