Job summary

Safran Cabin is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer 1 in Northwest Aerospace Technologies, a Safran Company. You will contribute to design, generate parts lists and drawings, and ensure compliance with quality and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of broad aerospace design experience or drafting.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong drawing management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design to generate drawings and documents.
• Ensure design content complies with quality system and customer SOW.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers for growth in engineering experience.
• Prepare engineering products using CAD tools while maintaining standards.
• Meet NAT quality and certification requirements for drawings and documents.
