Job summary

Melaleuca in Idaho Falls, ID, requires a full-time on-site Associate to support manufacturing operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, setup, changeover, and repairs on production equipment to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

The shift runs 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Candidates should have 2+ years in a similar role with the ability to read manuals, troubleshoot equipment, and lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Two (2) plus years’ experience in similar role.
• Ability to troubleshoot most equipment in facility.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals.
• Ability to complete full changeover unassisted.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to install and repair plumbing.
• Ability to repair pneumatic equipment.
• Basic compressor knowledge.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains equipment by performing preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and aiding operations in sanitizing, cleaning, and lubricating.
• Trains operations team to increase capability, including the creation of simple one point communications to document best practices
• Performs set-up, changeover, and repair of production equipment.
• Completes various special projects according to skill and ability.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
• Performs facility assignments as required.
• Works long or unusual hours on assigned shift.

Description

Supports manufacturing operations through PM execution, training, changeover, set-up, and repair of production equipment for assigned platform. Works with operations team to reduce downtime by improving equipment reliability.

6:30 AM-3:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
