Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Junior Materials Developer to assist in fabric and trim development for the Men’s line, partnering with Design, Merch, Development and Sourcing teams to bring season fabrics from concept to bulk. You will monitor lab dips, fit approvals and timelines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in material sourcing/development, strong knowledge of fabrics, trims and supply chain processes, and proficiency with PLM systems and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or technical trade school or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in material sourcing and development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design, Merch, Development & Sourcing teams to develop in season fabrics for Men's line.
• Develop 1-2 Inline Pillars seasonal fabric developments into bulk ready fabrics meeting quality standards and timelines.
• Track fabric, lab dip and print submissions, developments, pricing and approvals in PLM system.
