Job summary

Grandcharter is seeking a marketing generalist to run our social presence and grow with us. You’ll own day‑to‑day posting, get hands‑on with paid ads, and work with outside creators on video content, with real ownership from day one and a senior marketer to learn from.

If you want to build broad marketing skills fast instead of being siloed into one narrow lane, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience or demonstrated work through internships, projects, or accounts.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok as marketing channels.
• Interest in paid advertising; experience with Meta or Google Ads is a plus and willingness to learn.
• Strong writing instincts and an eye for professional yet engaging content.
• Highly organized, self-directed, able to juggle multiple channels.
