PUMA North America, Inc. in Somerville, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant for a six-month, full-time temporary assignment on-site. The role offers potential conversion based on performance and business needs.

You will support athlete/creator seeding lists, manage product fulfillment for seeding/events, coordinate shipments, and contribute to calendars and quarterly Run Trend reports. A Marketing degree and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing required.
• 2–3 years of applicable experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support maintaining athlete, creator and media seeding lists.
• Assist operations lead to manage product fulfillment for seeding, events, productions and ad hoc requests; keep inventories up-to-date.
• Coordinate shipments and tracking; provide on-ground support for local events.
• PO creation/submission and follow up on issues through completion.
• Maintain RUN budget tracker; assist in productions and seasonal updates.
• Create and maintain master marketing/product calendar noting launches and milestones.
• Assist in quarterly Run Trend reports.
