StepStone Group in La Jolla, CA is hiring a Junior Analyst to support Marketing & Communications. The role spans content creation, campaigns, and internal events, with an on-site office presence four days per week in a fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate has a related bachelor's degree with strong communication and branding skills, experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and a collaborative approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field with a 3.5 minimum GPA preferred.
• Strong branding/graphic design knowledge with attention to visual consistency (fonts, colors, alignment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); Teams a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create, format, and brand marketing materials; manage content library and SharePoint; train users.
• Draft communications campaigns; manage thought leadership trackers; develop AI tools to improve bottlenecks.
• Support internal event communications and act as on-site contact for local events.
