Job summary

StepStone Group is seeking a highly motivated Junior Analyst to support the Marketing & Communications team in our La Jolla office. This full-time, hourly role spans content, communications, and internal events, with in-office work four days per week.

You will assist with marketing materials, content libraries, campaigns, and AI-driven process improvements while acting as the onsite events contact and managing swag inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field; GPA 3.5+ preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in La Jolla four days per week.
• Interest in content development, event planning, marketing, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation, formatting, and branding review of marketing materials; maintain content library and SharePoint.
• Draft communications campaigns; manage thought leadership trackers; assist AI tooling to improve operations.
• Serve as on-site contact for local events; manage swag inventory; support internal event communications.
