New Strategy Inc. in Utah is seeking an entry-level Junior Marketing Associate. The role requires no direct experience, with comprehensive training across leadership, marketing, customer service, and management.

You will strengthen client relationships, plan and execute campaigns and events, track results, and empower the sales team with marketing content to drive sales. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset

Formación

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

The position at our company is an entry-level position so no direct experience is necessary. Training will be provided in multiple aspects of our company including;

Junior Marketing Associate Responsibilities

• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
• Plan and execute campaigns and events

• Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
• Generate new customer acquisitions through face to face customer relations

Qualifications:

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
