What You’ll Do

• Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion
• Represent client brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
• Engage with customers through professional, face‑to‑face interactions
• Present products and services clearly while answering customer questions
• Help customers complete registrations, sign‑ups, or purchases where appropriate
• Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience
• Training & Development
• Receive comprehensive training on client campaigns and products
• Learn effective customer communication and engagement techniques
• Build confidence in presenting information and interacting with customers
• Develop practical skills in sales, marketing, and customer service
• Work closely with colleagues to support daily campaign objectives
• Assist with campaign setup, reporting, and general event activities
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team‑focused environment
• Record campaign activity and customer feedback accurately
