Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (internship or co-op acceptable).
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Analyze production data to identify improvements and reduce waste.
Support design, procurement, and qualification of tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve manufacturability.
Participate in evaluating new manufacturing technologies and materials.
Develop and update work instructions, process flowcharts, and control plans.
Contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions for defects.
Support Lean and Six Sigma based continuous improvement initiatives.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
