You will work with senior engineers on NPI, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement, while coordinating with IPTs to transfer products to production.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in one of the listed engineering fields.
• Experience with soldering and basic electronic manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt preferred.
• Experience with Minitab, JMP or similar statistical software.

Aufgaben

• Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects.
• Develop manufacturing tools, strategies, and systems.
• Interface with engineering to release new products.
• Estimate costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling.
• Maintain records and coordinate manufacturing operations.
• Support cross-functional IPTs and new product transfers.
