Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® seeks a Manufacturing Data Analyst to collect, clean, and analyze data, update KPIs, and maintain dashboards supporting production decisions. Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by collecting, validating, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data to monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Review assigned operational data using established procedures, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and prepare findings for review by the Manufacturing Data Analyst.
• Collect, clean, validate, and organize manufacturing data from approved sources to update KPIs and flag inconsistencies.
• Update and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor production performance, downtime, yield, and quality metrics.
• Perform basic descriptive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare data summaries that support decisions regarding workflows, resource allocation, and production schedules.
• Support root cause analysis by preparing data, reports, and visualizations under guidance.
• Maintain data files, reports, and data pipelines with routine quality checks.
• Use approved AI tools to support data collection, analysis, reporting, and automation per Pride policies.
• Assist in gathering reporting requirements from cross-functional teams and complete analytical tasks.
• Prepare reports/presentations and communicate findings and progress.
• Assist with implementation of new processes by monitoring performance and escalating issues.
• Ensure safety and security rules are observed and report incidents as needed.
• Complete annual CTPAT Security Training.
• Focus on continuous improvement and demonstrate sound business judgment.
• Collaborate with Pride departments to exceed expectations.

Support manufacturing operations by collecting, validating, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data to monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Review assigned operational data using established procedures, identify potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and prepare findings for review by the Manufacturing Data Analyst
• Collect, clean, validate, and organize manufacturing data from approved sources to update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and flag inconsistencies or unexpected results for further review
• Update and maintain established dashboards and recurring reports using approved templates and data sources to monitor production performance, downtime, yield, and quality metrics
• Perform basic descriptive analysis using established methods to identify trends, anomalies, and potential improvement opportunities
• Prepare data summaries that support decisions regarding workflows, resource allocation, and production schedules
• Support root cause analysis for production issues by preparing data, reports, and visualizations under the guidance of the Manufacturing Data Analyst and manufacturing leaders
• Maintain existing data files, reports, and data pipelines, and perform routine quality checks to support data integrity across systems
• Use approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support assigned data collection, routine analysis, reporting, documentation, and automation activities in accordance with Pride policies and company guidelines, including requirements for information security, confidentiality, accuracy review, and appropriate human oversight
• Assist the Manufacturing Data Analyst in gathering reporting requirements from cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Information Technology, and complete assigned analytical tasks supporting operational improvements
• Prepare reports and presentation materials and communicate findings and progress updates as assigned
• Assist with the implementation of new processes and systems by monitoring performance, documenting results, and escalating issues as needed
• Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed, and promptly report any accidents, incidents, or injuries to management
• Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training
• Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate sound business judgment
• Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

  • Basic knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies, or a willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to explain findings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization software
  • Strong web navigation and research skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics techniques preferred
• Familiarity with approved AI platforms preferred
• Basic working knowledge of Pride products and systems preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 months of experience using spreadsheets to organize, analyze, or report data through employment, an internship, coursework, or project work

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Previous internship or entry-level experience in data analysis within a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
• Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred
