Role Description:

The Junior Manufacturing Cost Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Jonesboro, AR. This position supports the monitoring and analysis of manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with cost accounting entries, tracking variances, analyzing production data, and providing reports to finance and operations teams. The role collaborates with production, procurement, and finance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency across manufacturing processes. The Junior Manufacturing Cost Controller also helps maintain cost standards, supports budget preparation, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor, analyze, and optimize manufacturing expenses.
• Candidates should possess skills in Cost Accounting and Finance to support accurate cost allocation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify trends, and recommend cost-efficiency improvements.
• Bachelors in accounting business finance
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and ERP or manufacturing systems, attention to detail, and strong numerical aptitude are preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing setting is important.
• Prior experience or internships in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or plant operations are an advantage.
• Mandatory worked 3 years in manufacturing company
