Job summary

WebFX, a full-service digital marketing agency based in Harrisburg, PA, seeks an entry-level manager to lead our Earned Media team. You will mentor writers, oversee content production, and optimize workflows while collaborating with marketers to deliver high-quality client results.

This in-office role offers thorough training, clear promotion paths, and hands-on experience on a busy content operation, with compensation in the $50k–$52.5k range and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• GPA 3.4 or above
• Upcoming grads encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience in related field is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of 12+ copywriters/editors and coach towards goals
• Manage team workloads and deadlines
• Hold regular 1-on-1 check-ins and development calls
• Assign projects and ensure timely completion
• Oversee project specs and client notes
• Review client revision requests and reassign as needed
• Act as liaison between copywriters and marketers
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
