Job summary

OMNI Consulting Solutions, LLC seeks a Jr Management and Program Analyst for an on-site role in Washington, DC. The position requires US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).

The analyst will support management and project teams by applying analytic methodologies, developing solutions, and preparing recommendations for implementation of new systems and procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing forms, developing records management programs, and training users on

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with two or more years of analytical techniques and methodologies experience; five+ years may substitute for education.
  • Experience delivering briefings and presentations to management/executives.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Review forms and reports with management and users about format, distribution, and to identify problems and improvement.
  • Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records and ensure compliance.
  • Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
  • Prepare manuals and train on use of new forms, reports, procedures, or equipment according to policy.
  • Gather information on problems and procedures like organizational change and information flow.
  • Perform data collection, data modeling, project testing and creation of performance measures to support objectives.
  • Support project teams and managers in analytics activities.
  • Lead application of analytic techniques and help define project goals.
  • Provide leadership and vision to customers and teams around methodology.

Position Title: Jr Management and Program Analyst

Location: On-site in Washington D.C.

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret required (TS/SCI preferred)

U.S. Citizenship required

The Management and Program Analyst analyze the data gathered and develop solutions and/or alternativemethods of proceeding. Documents findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation ofnew systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Knowledge and experience applying analyticmethodologies and principles to address the needs of various Units and Sections. Applies analytictechniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategicdirection. The Management and Program Analyst support consists of Senior Management and ProgramAnalyst, Intermediate Management and Program Analyst, and Junior Management and Program Analyst.

  • Perform analyst functions including data collection, data modeling, project testing and creation ofperformance measurements to support project objectives.

  • Conduct various activities in of support project team’s objectives, Senior Analyst and/or ProjectManagers.

  • Lead the application of analytic techniques and helps define project objectives and strategicdirection.

  • Responsible for providing leadership and vision to customers and project teams aroundmethodology.


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with two years or more years of
    analytical techniques and methodologies experience. Educational requirements may be waived if the
    candidate has five or more years of experience and may be substituted for education.

  • Experience preparing/delivering briefings and presentations to management/executives

  • Excellent research and analytical skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint

  • Top Secret clearance is required
