Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Beginner Maintenance Technician in Charleston, SC. You will perform basic maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and prepare vacant units for market-ready status while representing the company professionally.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years of maintenance experience is typical. A CPO certification is preferred or obtainable within 60 days. On-call after hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school or military training a plus.
• 0–2 years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpet, painting, etc.).
• CPO preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance property value and respond to resident requests.
• Handle service requests for residents and prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status.
• Represent the company professionally and provide timely customer service; participate in after-hours on-call.
