Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Beginner Maintenance Technician in Ladson, SC. You will perform general maintenance across properties, handle resident service requests, and prepare market-ready vacant apartments.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain a CPO within 60 days. On-call duties include after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school/military a plus.
• 0–2 years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).
• CPO preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• On-call rotation; able to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Perform various community maintenance functions to maintain property value.
• Handle service requests from residents and repair vacant apartments for market-ready status.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• On-call after-hours emergency response as part of rotation.
