About the Role:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support data-driven decision-making within the medical school. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Director of Reporting and Data Analysis, and various departments, to gather, process, and present data insights that contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our academic and administrative reporting and processes.

Working Hours: 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST (aligning with EST hours till 4:30 PM). Remote

Experience Level: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Integration
  2. Heavy SQL skills required 5+ years
  3. Familiarity with Business Central, Salesforce a plus
  4. Utilize statistical methods and data analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights from raw data.
  5. Report Generation
  6. Create and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders, summarizing key findings and trends.
  7. Quality Assurance
  8. Conduct thorough data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
  9. Proactively identify and address data anomalies or discrepancies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics).
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, educational or healthcare setting a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
