Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in CS/ML/AI or related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Familiarity with Git and software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models for personalization and recommendations.
• Build scalable data pipelines for feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to productionize research.
• Improve ranking models using large-scale behavioral data.
• Monitor model performance via experiments and A/B tests.
• Write clean Python code following software engineering practices.
• Support initiatives that boost customer engagement through ML.
