The firm A Chambers-ranked Corporate M&A practice is seeking a 3rd-4th Year Associate to join its growing team as it launches its new New York office. The team is a Chambers-ranked M&A practice that is currently expanding and launching a new office in New York. They have around 14 attorneys in the group from firms such as Davis Polk and Milbank and, despite their size, are handling a steady flow of sophisticated transactions, from tens of millions to around $400m, across sectors including technology, real estate, and construction. Associates can expect exposure to sophisticated M&A matters regularly valued between $200 million and $400 million, while benefiting from direct partner access, significant responsibility, and meaningful client interaction from an early stage.
