Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking an Associate Logistics and Provisioning Analysts to support the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hampton Roads, VA. These entry-level positions execute provisioning database tasks, stock number research, and supply data management under the direction of senior ILS staff.

Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance and 0 to 5 years of logistics, supply chain, or Navy ILS experience.

Qualifications

DoD SECRET clearance required.
0–5 years of logistics, supply chain, or Navy ILS experience.
Familiarity with Navy supply systems (FLIS, OMMS-NG, ICAPS-CS) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered.
Strong attention to detail and data entry in structured databases.
Navy veteran with logistics rating (SK, AK, LS, or equivalent) or DoD supply experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform FLIS screening and file change requests for AN/SQQ-89 spare parts and consumables.
Execute stock number research and NSN data entry in ICAPS-CS under senior oversight.
Maintain APL/AEL data and support supply data updates.
Assist with inventory management and warehouse support at OSR locations.
Support data calls with data compilation and format preparation.
Maintain ILS tracking spreadsheets and action item logs.
Coordinate document uploads to iPDM and configuration management tracking systems.
Assist in preparation of ILS audit materials and data packages.
