Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn legal research and AI tools.
• Ability to follow through on projects.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with lawyers on a tight-knit LA team on litigation and investigations nationwide.
• Review and analyze documents, and create charts, graphs, and tables to support analysis.
• Perform legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and Bloomberg.
• Prepare materials for depositions, witness interviews, and similar proceedings.
• Cite-check and Shepardize memoranda, briefs, and opinions.
• Prepare filings and supporting materials, including exhibits.
• Create trial books and case binders.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Use e-discovery software Relativity and document tools iManage as needed.
