Snell & Wilmer is seeking a Junior Associate (0–4 years) for its Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in trust and estate proceedings, fiduciary disputes, and family wealth conflicts. Candidates must be admitted (or eligible for admission) to the California Bar. We prefer candidates with a background in finance, economics, or accounting, or law school coursework emphasizing partnership, tax, or corporations. Moot Court and/or Law Review participation is preferred. Litigation experience is preferred, with trust and estate litigation or family law litigation backgrounds strongly favored. An LL.M. is a plus.

Our expected salary range for this position is $210,000-$250,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
