Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an entry-level litigation associate to join our San Diego office. The attorney will work with lead trial attorneys on personal injury cases, including auto, premises, dog bite, and wrongful death.

Duties include taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, interacting with clients, participating in mediations, and appearing in court, including trial. The candidate should have strong writing and communication skills and a commitment to building a career in trial

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Solid work ethic and commitment to building a career as a trial attorney.
• Litigation-oriented internships, clinical programs, clerkships, mock trial, or trial advocacy experience are plusses but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions and prepare and argue motions.
• Interact with clients and participate in mediations.
• Appear in court, including at trial.
• Manage caseloads through every step of the litigation process.
