Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Good standing with the North Carolina Bar preferred; active license in another jurisdiction with transfer considered.
  • Solid foundation in civil procedure and evidence.
  • Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience appearing in court is strongly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Manage written discovery processes.
