The role involves representing clients in civil disputes, managing caseloads, performing legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating and mediating settlements, and mentoring junior staff. Business development involvement is encouraged and valued.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 2–10 years of experience in family law.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
• Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Experience in business development is a plus.
