Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a driven Junior Link Building & Affiliate Specialist to strengthen our off-page SEO footprint and grow our affiliate program. This hands-on role focuses on earning high-quality backlinks, citations, and recruiting affiliates to promote Wing Assistant.

You will identify opportunities, run personalized outreach, manage citations for NAP consistency, and support affiliate partners through onboarding, assets sharing, and ongoing communication.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, including backlinks, citations, and anchor text.
• Working knowledge of link-building tactics (guest posting, directory/citation & digital PR).
• Strong written English and personalized outreach communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns and follow-ups.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and prospecting/tracking tools; self-starter and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Research and build prospect lists of relevant websites for backlinks and citations.
• Execute personalized outreach to secure backlinks, guest posts, and listings.
• Manage citation sources to ensure accurate NAP and brand info.
• Identify opportunities for guest posts, resource pages, and digital PR.
• Track outreach status and wins in a CRM or tracking sheet.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard potential affiliate partners.
• Support affiliate program management and answer partner questions.
• Monitor affiliate placements for accuracy and compliance.
• Report outreach volume, links acquired, and affiliate signups.
