Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit and verify program and state compliance within the assigned portfolio.
• Review and return initial rental application packets within stated timelines.
• Ensure move-in documentation is completed by monthly deadlines.
• Prepare file audits for lenders, syndicators, and agencies upon request.
• Provide training and guidance to staff within portfolio.
