Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other binding agreements.
• Providing legal advice and guidance on technology contracts/matters.
• Providing legal advice and guidance on outsourcing contracts/matters.
• Providing legal guidance related to intellectual property issues.
• Assisting on corporate governance matters for a private company comprised of multiple global legal entities, subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Supervising responses to requests for information and subpoenas.
