Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• 0-5 years of legal experience, with a strong background in real estate, construction, corporate governance, compliance, or commercial transactions.
• Based in Miami, FL with ability to support a busy in-house legal function.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business partnership, integrating legal expertise with corporate strategy.
• Draft, review, and support execution of standard agreements and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with templates and policies.
• Drive litigation, investigations, regulatory filings, and compliance activities under senior attorney guidance.
