Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with AI content-generation tools and prompt libraries.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Clear written and verbal communication with faculty and senior staff.
  • Understanding of measurable learning outcomes and instructional alignment.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline preferred.
  • Higher education or online course development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description SummaryThe Junior Learning Designer supports end-to-end course development. This role works closely with the Learning Designers to prepare, generate, refine, and quality-check online course content.
