Junior Learning Content Developer Summary The Junior Learning Content Developer is responsible for developing training solutions using the ISD methodology. The role involves conducting various analyses, including Needs Analysis, Job/Task Analysis, and Front-End Analysis, to inform course design and development. This position requires designing and developing instructional materials for various formats, including paper-based, instructor-led, interactive video training (IVT), computer-based training (CBT), and web-based training (WBT). The Learning Content Developer will work with subject matter experts (SMEs), incorporate instructional strategies, define media elements, and ensure compliance with technical and accessibility standards such as Section 508.
