Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an entry-level Continuous Improvement Engineer I to lead and support improvements across manufacturing and business processes.

You will apply Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost while partnering with cross-functional teams to document current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects across manufacturing, operations, and business processes.
• Facilitate process mapping activities and develop future-state recommendations.
• Document current-state conditions, identify gaps, and support standardization across teams.
• Develop SIPOC diagrams, swim lane maps, and visual management materials.
