Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
• Previous internship experience is desired.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, GIS/ArcView, and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform zoning code research, site feasibility and due diligence studies.
• Assist with preparation of rezoning and conditional use plans.
• Prepare site construction plans, designs, and associated calculations.
• Prepare presentations including hand-drawings and digital renders.
• Work with multidisciplinary design teams to develop construction plans.
• Conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting.
