Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
Previous internship experience is desired.
Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, GIS/ArcView, and PowerPoint is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Perform zoning code research, site feasibility and due diligence studies.
Assist with preparation of rezoning and conditional use plans.
Prepare site construction plans, designs, and associated calculations.
Prepare presentations including hand-drawings and digital renders.
Work with multidisciplinary design teams to develop construction plans.
Conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting.
