BCG Attorney Search is assisting a Boise, ID law firm in recruiting a Junior Labor and Employment Associate to join a collaborative team advising employers on complex workplace issues. The role involves assisting with wage and hour class actions, discrimination claims, workplace investigations, and day-to-day employment matters, with opportunities for motion practice and discovery.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD from an accredited school, be or soon to be admitted to the Idaho or Oregon Bar,

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active Idaho or Oregon State Bar membership, or a recent JD graduate who has passed or is registered for the Bar Exam.
• Coursework or experience in Labor and Employment law.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling wage and hour class actions and discrimination claims.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide employment counseling.
• Engage in labor relations and manage day-to-day employment matters.
• Participate in litigation processes, including motion practice and discovery.
