Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions on buy and sell sides.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Advise on corporate finance and private equity matters.
• Provide guidance on tax-related deal structures and organizational structures.
• Assist with entity selection and formation.
• Engage in general corporate matters.
• Support real estate investment formations and financings.
