Job summary

You will operate microscopes, furnaces, analytical instruments, and record results in company systems. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and CRC Silver or higher, with prior lab testing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to complete forms and documents legibly.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates lab equipment and instruments (microscopes, dilatometers, balances, furnaces, optical systems, particle analyzers).
• Tests materials for moisture, particle size and other physical characteristics.
• Verifies conformity of samples to customer specifications.
• Records test results and enters data into information systems.
• Cleans lab equipment and prepares chemical solutions.
• Follows EMS procedures and participates in 5S/PM/MMOL activities as needed.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and uses PPE as required.
