Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in biological or biochemical sciences (Junior rank).
• Master's degree in biological or biochemical sciences (Assistant rank).
• Experience with cell culture methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Culture of primary human cells and pluripotent stem cells.
• Genome engineering of cells using TALEN/CRISPR.
• Transfection and/or viral infection of mammalian cells.
• Analysis of cells by immunohistochemistry, qPCR and flow cytometry.
• Participate in lab organization tasks such as ordering and maintaining supplies.
• Design and execute laboratory testing, make observations and interpret findings.
