Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs, projects, and operations. You will review project documentation, analyze performance, identify risks, and contribute to client reporting. Remote with travel up to 25% as required.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in PMO support, business analysis, quality assurance, or consulting and are eager to develop governance and independent assessment expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in relevant roles (PMO, business analysis, QA, consulting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• This is a remote position with up to 25% travel based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to ensure project delivery to specifications, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain work plan documents with management and work groups.
• Facilitate meetings or interviews with customers, clients, and teammates as needed.
• Gather information to provide analysis and prepare findings.
• Participate in client meetings and build strong client relationships.
