Our client based in Edgemead- Cape Town is currently looking for a Junior IT Technician to join their dynamic team!

About the company :

They provide comprehensive IT and digital services, including hosting, Office 365, VOIP, networking, hardware / software sales, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and support. They also offer design, branding, web development, SEO, and Google Apps integration, with expertise across both PC and Apple platform.

Role Overview :

This full-time, on-site position involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. You will play a key role in maintaining IT systems and assisting employees with a variety of IT-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot network configurations and assist with systems administration.

Qualifications :
