WebFX in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join our internal team. No prior IT experience is required; we train you on everything you need to know while you develop strong technical and customer-service skills.

You'll respond to tickets, troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems, manage user accounts, and help improve our tech processes. This fully in-office role emphasizes hands-on learning and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major; upcoming grads welcome.
• GPA 3.4 or higher.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical terms into simple language.
• Experience in tech support or IT help desk is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets from team members with tech issues.
• Troubleshoot computer systems, software, hardware, and network issues.
• Educate team members on technology and guide them through problem-solving.
• Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve problems.
• Create and manage user accounts and workstations.
• Support process improvements by researching solutions and documenting processes.
