Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an entry‑level Junior IT Support Specialist to deliver Help Desk support for end users in the Sterling, VA office.
Under supervision, you will handle desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printers and software, using defined procedures and a ticketing system to communicate with clients. You will assist both field personnel and office staff, cover the Help Desk phone queue as needed, escalate complex issues, and help image and deploy devices using SCCM and Intune

The Junior IT Support Specialist is an entry level position responsible for providing Help Desk support to end users, including, but not limited to, desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, and software. He/she will utilize defined procedures to perform their work and works under close supervision.
The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing; other duties may be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.
Up to 10% (mostly regional jobsites)
General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite. We fully comply with the ADA and applicable state law, including considering reasonable accommodation measures that may enable qualified disabled applicants and employees to perform essential functions. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
