Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking an Associate IT Security Analyst to join our Information Security team in Palatine, IL. This entry-level role works with the IT Infrastructure group to administer security services across the enterprise network, including incident response, threat management, IAM, risk and compliance, and endpoint management.

You will learn and execute security operations, handle tickets, investigate phishing, and support security initiatives while collaborating with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor intrusion detection systems and security tools for suspicious activity.

• Assist the Information Security & Risk Manager with threat intelligence analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support security standards and processes.
• Assist IT Infrastructure with server patching.
• Document and manage IAM capabilities.
• Help develop enterprise-wide security training and awareness.
• Coordinate with partners and management to remediate security risks.
