Marathon TS seeks a Junior Project Manager to support IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and cybersecurity projects. The role blends organizational skills with enough technical knowledge to coordinate with network engineers, system admins, and cybersecurity professionals.

You will assist with planning, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and maintaining program documentation while aligning activities with customer requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or a related field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of IT project coordination or related technical experience.
• Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Work with technical teams to understand requirements and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Develop a high-level understanding of system architectures and component interactions.
• Assist with coordinating activities across multiple technical teams.
