Job summary

Manifest Solutions is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager for an onsite role in Columbus, OH. You will contribute to delivering end-user infrastructure projects and drive efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong coordination and excellent communication skills, able to present to executives and work with engineers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a team delivering high quality end-user infrastructure solutions and ongoing support, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization and driving efficiency across the organization.
• Provide cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain project planning and status documentation for delivery of new technology systems and lifecycle efforts.
• Coordinate actions related to rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization.
• Plan, organize and communicate tasks related to the rollout activities and timelines.
• Track and synthesize detailed project information from multiple sources, formatting for executive-level reporting.
• Manage coordination with external vendors to ensure milestone and timeline adherence.
• Partner with general contractors, subcontractors and internal facilities teams to support project delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Ability to manage multiple input streams, engage with engineers, and communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand terms.
• This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to present to large audiences including executive levels, high attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
