As a Strategio Junior IT Consultant you will:

• Once you successfully complete our intensive training program, you will launch your long-term career with our client. Depending on your strengths and alignment, you will enter a stable track in one of the following high-demand domains:
• Data Engineering: Developing, optimizing, and maintaining pipelines for efficient data integration.
• Data Governance: Ensuring data quality, compliance, and architectural integrity across enterprise systems.
• Software Development: Building, testing, and deploying scalable software solutions and applications.
• DevOps: Automating deployment processes, managing cloud infrastructure, and optimizing system performance.

Entry Requirements:

• Education: A recently completed Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science strongly preferred).
• Experience: Zero (0) years of enterprise or corporate experience required.
• Location: Must be residing in or willing to work in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.
• Mindset: A strong engineering foundation, a passion for learning new technologies, and exceptional communication and soft skills.
