Job summary

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. in El Paso, TX is seeking an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controller (ITCs) to support operations.

This full‑time role requires an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and readiness for 24/7 operations in a dynamic defense environment. The ITC will direct multi‑domain ISR assets, synchronize intelligence collection, and brief senior military leadership on findings and courses of action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum two (2) years of ISR Tactical Controller experience.
• Current and active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR assets to maintain situational awareness.
• Coordinate ISR collection activities to maximize sensor effectiveness and mission coverage.
• Prepare operational summaries, storyboards, imagery products, and video captures for JOC.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior military leadership.
• Develop and disseminate strategic and tactical intelligence.
• Maintain access to multiple classified systems and disseminate mission-critical information.
