Job summary

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate records and compliance. This entry-level position reports to a manager or similar leader within Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory management or supply chain concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems or inventory software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring inventory levels, movements, and transactions.
• Analyze routine inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, or anomalies.
• Support investigation of inventory variances and assist with root-cause identification.
• Validate data accuracy across inventory and ERP systems.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.
• Prepare routine inventory reports, dashboards, and variance summaries.
• Maintain inventory records in accordance with established controls and procedures.
